At Seabreeze Home Watch & Concierge, our commitment is to deliver confidential, unparalleled, and customized care tailored specifically to your needs. We provide property management, where privacy and attention to detail come first.

We recommend a weekly inspection or a minimum of twice per month. We do not offer monthly service calls due to the unique South Carolina climate. Thirty days between service calls in our climate can be too long. The results from potential water leaks, HVAC failure resulting in mold, or rodent or pest infiltration can be catastrophic.

Many insurance companies will not be held responsible for damages to the home that are not reported within two to four weeks of the damaging event. We recommend that you check with your insurance carrier and become familiar with their policies.

YOUR PEACE OF MIND
For residents, the impact of storms is immediate and personal. Homes can be damaged or destroyed, belongings lost, and daily routines severely disrupted. In worst-case scenarios, these storms can result in injuries or even loss of life. The emotional toll can be as significant as the physical damage, emphasizing the importance of comprehensive storm preparedness.
If you leave your home unoccupied, you must have someone knowledgeable, dependable, and compassionate to turn to when storms are on the way. Seabreeze Home Watch provides comprehensive Storm Services to our Home Watch clients to prepare your home and follow up post-storm with reports including pictures of your home.
