Secure Home Watch Reporting
We partner with Home Watch IT, a professional software designed specifically for the home watch industry. All home watch visits are secure, GPS enabled, time and date stamped, and an electronic report will be available immediately in your client portal after each visit. Seabreeze Home Watch and the the National Home Watch Association highly recommends weekly visits to monitor and detect potential problems.

Seabreeze Home Watch & Concierge offers fully insured, bonded, accredited, and licensed Home Watch services to protect your home while you’re away. We create a customized Home Watch checklist based on your needs, and if an issue arises, we notify you immediately to address it in a timely and cost-effective way — giving you peace of mind.
Is a Home Watch Service a Security Service?
No, a Home Watch Service is not the same as a security system. While alarm companies monitor for break-ins and fire, they do not check for problems like water leaks, mold, pest infestations, or storm damage. Our regular, in-person home checks look for these issues and more. Additionally, we can respond to alarms and work with local law enforcement when needed — providing a visible presence that can also act as a deterrent.
Are Home Watch Services the same as house sitting?
No, Home Watch and house sitting are very different. Home Watch professionals do not live in or "sit" at your home. Instead, we conduct scheduled, professional property checks to ensure your home is secure and in good condition. We are there to inspect, report, and act on your behalf — never as guests or temporary residents.
